About the DROIB Liquidity Association
The DROIB Liquidity Association is a Danish non-profit Association, formally established under a Danish constitution, with the purpose of responsibly and transparently managing the liquidity pool (LP tokens) related to the DROIB project.
Its main purpose is to oversee the technical and strategic movement of DROIB liquidity across decentralized and centralized exchanges, ensuring long-term stability, legal compliance, and adaptability within the evolving crypto landscape. The association does not operate for profit, and none of its funds may be used for personal or financial gain.
Relation to Serenity3D
The DROIB Liquidity Association operates independently, but in close alignment with Serenity3D, the company behind the DROIB project. While Serenity3D focuses on marketing technology and AI-driven content creation, the association serves as a transparent steward of the project's on-chain liquidity — offering an added layer of accountability and trust for token holders, partners, and the broader community.
By separating the technical liquidity management from the operational activities of Serenity3D, the association ensures that decisions regarding liquidity are made in the best interest of the ecosystem and in compliance with relevant legal and financial standards.
Conditions for Moving Token Liquidity
The association is only permitted to move the DROIB liquidity under two specific conditions, as defined in the statutes:
Migration between decentralized exchange (DEX) versions
For example, moving liquidity from PancakeSwap V2 to V3 when an upgrade occurs, ensuring compatibility and optimal trading conditions.
Transfer to centralized exchanges (CEX)
Only when it is strategically necessary (e.g., to reach new markets) or required by legal or regulatory obligations.
